Founded in 1998, the QI Group is a diversified multinational, catering to varied businesses including direct selling, financial services, education, hospitality and retail. The Group employs ca. 1,500 people in 30 countries, with key offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. In Thailand, the group is present with its regional operating headquarters, QI Services Thailand.
QI's Executive Chairman, Vijay Eswaran, is a member of the World Economic Forum where he has been appointed to the Forum Member Advisory Council and participates in summits as panellist and advisor to the Forum.
The group has significant property investments around the world including luxury resorts in Turkey, Sri Lanka and Koh Samui.
QI Services Thailand has been operational since 2002. With over 75 employees the Regional Operating Headquarter is home to the creative arm of the company and hosts the marketing, communications and design teams as well as product development and management.
RYTHM (Raise Yourself To Help Mankind) is the corporate philosophy. QI Thailand incorporates the RYTHM principles in its social responsibility programs and supports communities by cleaning up beaches, visiting elderly homes or supporting orphanages with hand-made toys amongst many other activities.
