AAI staffs are USA, MS or PhD's in I/O Psychology specializing in personnel selection, assessment, competency analysis, and executive coaching. Our books are Selecting Talent and Coaching Winners. AAI has presented 75+ papers at global conferences on selection and talent management. Tom Payne, M.S I/O Psychology, a senior HR global executive at Kimberly-Clark and Hanesbrands , founded AAI-Assessment Asia in 2004. He set up two regional BOI promoted regional operating headquarters in Thailand consulted with the BOI, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Labor. Ron Page, Ph.d, president of AAI in U.S.A. has worked with Tom over 30 years. They developed AAI's porfolio of global products and clients. Gigi Payne, M.S. I/O Psychology is a Sr.consutlant and has been involved since 2004 in translation and validation of tests in Thai. She conducts assessment certification workshops and interviewing workshops for HR managers. She coaches women executives and leads a practice in educational guidance for Thai and Int'l students using the Career Liftoff Inventory.
