Zoom & Stews is a virtual cooking class with the Founder of Blue Elephant, Chef Nooror Somany Steppe. Ingredients will be shipped fresh to your door so that you can create two delectable dishes: Stir-fried Sea Bass with Hot Basil Sauce and Beef Steak with Black Pepper Sauce and Potato Gratin. Each dish easily serves 2 to 3 people so you have dinner for the whole family! (Or make a few meals for just yourself if you don't feel like sharing.)
Members may use two (2) event vouchers for admission to this event. The event vouchers cover a package of meal ingredients, delivery to your home, and virtual event admission. Companies are limited to a maximum of four (4) event vouchers for this event, valid for registered company representatives only. Please correctly input your address and phone to ensure delivery. Registration will close on September 5 at 3:00pm to ensure delivery arrives at your home in a timely manner.

About the Instructor:
Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe - Born in Chachoengsao Thailand, a province known for its abundance of favored tropical fruits, Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe has enjoyed a deep link with the culinary world from an early age. Her passion for Thai cooking was first inspired by her mother, who passed down secret family recipes for homemade curry pastes. She subsequently studied French cuisine at the Jacobs Culinary Institute in Belgium.
In 1980, she opened her first restaurant in Brussels, followed by London, Copenhagen, France, Lyon, Malta Hilton, Bangkok, Mosco, Jakarta, and Phuket. Her business ventures include the Indian Restaurant La Porte des Indes in Brussels and London, as well as Blue Spice Co., Ltd., a member of the Blue Elephant International Group, which produces and exports Thai sauces, curry pastes and powders to over 33 countries worldwide.
