Healthcare Council Hybrid Meeting - Healthy Longevity Thailand in Action and Way Forward
This AMCHAM Healthcare Council hybrid session brings together senior healthcare leaders and members to shape the Healthy Longevity Thailand agenda for 2026. The program features a high level political and healthcare landscape update by Khun Teerasak Siripant, Managing Director, Bower Group Asia, alongside practical insights from private hospital and insurance leaders. Beyond expert perspectives, members will actively co create priorities and success KPIs through moderated discussion, live Mentimeter engagement, and peer exchange. Roundtable Meeting with the Director General of the Customs Department
AMCHAM is honored to meet with the Customs Department on policy issues of mutual interest. The Customs Department delegation will be led by the Director-General of the Thai Customs Department, Mr. Theeraj Athanavanich. AMCHAM will be represented by Platinum members. Topics under discussion for this meeting will include: Duty Suspension for Appeals Amendment of Entry Revenue Department (RD)–related issues Cancellation of the two-year period for keeping goods in the Customs Free Zone AMCHAM maintains ongoing dialogue with key Thai Government agencies to promote our common goals of fostering a robust business environment in the Kingdom and increasing Thailand’s competitiveness at a regional and global level. AMCHAM’s policy priorities are developed through our working group councils, open to all members for participation. All policy positions taken forward through AMCHAM channels must represent a significant group of members and receive final approval from the Board of Governors. In addition to our core Forward Five intiative to stimulate economic growth and attract investment, we have also engaged with the government with emerging legislation concerning digital platforms, sustainability initiatives, promotion of healthcare innovation, and more.
