About the Speakers
Javier Gomez Gutierrez is Global Senior Leader in Real Estate & Construction, Operations, and Business Strategy. He leads Agoda’s Real Estate and leads Agoda’s Real Estate and Workplace Services function, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across real estate, workplace strategy, design and capital programs. He led the delivery of Agoda’s One Bangkok office renovation and relocation—a landmark, future-ready workplace for more than 4,000 colleagues.
Rachel Ann Stevens is Senior Manager, Real Estate and Capital Projects and leads workplace environments at Agoda, overseeing workplace strategy, real estate and capital projects across its global portfolio. She recently helped deliver Agoda’s One Bangkok office renovation and relocation, creating a future-ready workplace for more than 4,000 colleagues.
Stephen Taylor is Managing Director, PDS Projects of JLL. He is an accomplished professional in the field of commercial real estate, with a specialized focus on Design and Construction Management as well as Workplace Consulting. With a keen emphasis on merging aesthetic innovation and functional utility, he provides comprehensive solutions for office spaces, hotel construction, and other forms of commercial property development.
