About the speaker
Gary van Broekhoven is a consumer psychologist, university lecturer (ESADE; University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok), and inventor of the GRAMS Method™ for understanding users and customers, a practical framework for fast, insightful stakeholder and user interviews. With 27 years’ experience, Gary began by designing gambling machines, gaining first-hand insight into habit formation and ethics, before moving into a broad range of industries, notably healthcare, where the focus is on improving people’s lives. He has worked with leading innovation consultancies and global brands, including Disney and American Express, helping teams turn behavioral insight into products and services that stick. Today, he advises organizations, teaches, and delivers masterclasses in consumer psychology and behavioral design.
