The AMCHAM Tax Council invites you to its August meeting for updates on Thailand’s tax landscape, including recent legislative and regulatory developments, Revenue Department updates, and key compliance considerations.

The session will also cover the latest on Thailand’s Pillar Two Global Minimum Tax, including insights from the May 18 consultation with the Thai Revenue Department. Topics include proposed secondary legislation, implementation timelines, reporting requirements, and key considerations for in-scope multinational enterprise groups.

The meeting offers members the opportunity to ask questions, share insights on emerging tax issues, and identify priorities for future engagement with the Revenue Department.
