Roundtable Meeting with the Office of the Vocational Education Commission

AMCHAM Thailand Foundation (ATF) is honored to meet with the Office of the Vocational Education Commission on policy issues of mutual interest. The Office of the Vocational Education Commission's delegation will be led by the Secretary General, Yodsapol Venukosess.

AMCHAM will be represented by Ornkanya (Mook) Pibuldham, ATF President; Heidi Gallant, ATF Vice President, AMCHAM Platinum Tier Members, and Community Project Council leaders and co-chairs. 

Topics under discussion for this meeting will include:

• Introduction to AMCHAM Thailand Foundation (ATF)
• Learning policy and initiatives related to vocational education improvement, as well as current educational trends and labor market demand.
• Discussion on potential collaboration between ATF and AMCHAM Thailand

AMCHAM maintains ongoing dialogue with key Thai Government agencies to promote our common goals of fostering a robust business environment in the Kingdom and increasing Thailand’s competitiveness at a regional and global level. 
 
AMCHAM’s policy priorities are developed through our working group councils, open to all members for participation. All policy positions taken forward through AMCHAM channels must represent a significant group of members and receive final approval from the Board of Governors. In addition to our core Five to Thrive intiative to stimulate economic growth and attract investment, we have also engaged with the government with emerging legislation concerning digital platforms, sustainability initiatives, promotion of healthcare innovation, and more.
