Description
The hospitality sector is quickly arising from the Covid-19 pandemic with greater arrivals and bookings, but are asset values also recovering and is capital readily available for the sector? In this panel discussion we will look at what role mezzanine lenders bring in place of traditional lenders, whether the sector is ready for alternative forms of financing (e.g. real estate backed tokenization), and whether traditional commercial bank financing will return as the preferred source of finance for hospitality projects in Thailand. Join legal, hospitality, and financial sector experts who will examine the current state of financing for Thailand's hospitality sector and how key challenges are being addressed through existing and new financial models.
