Description
While businesses in Thailand have become increasingly familiar with ESG-related initiatives and performance indicators in recent years, much of the focus has been placed on the Environmental and Social aspects of ESG, with Governance receiving less attention. However, in covering areas such as ethics and compliance, anti-corruption, and risk management, the G plays a crucial role in ensuring that a company’s ESG agenda is effectively implemented and observed.
In this session, we will hear from experts to discuss the importance and relevance of "G" and how these issues - corporate governance, ethics and compliance - are addressed in practice.
