Jez Robles is Asia Pacific Marketplace Diversity Leader at IBM. Ranked #16 by Involve’s Global LGBT+ Future Leaders for 2020, Jeiz champions inclusion in the workplace by actively influencing LGBT+ workplace inclusion strategies, policies and program through active work with HR & Talent Executives, Employee Resource Groups and Community Organization. She leverages on IBM’s experience on global diversity & talent management to build and strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities for IBM in the Asia Pacific region.
