Description
Through recent years, we have all learnt the benefits of diversity & inclusion practices, how they can help us avoid group think and generate a wider range of solution ideas for issues. Similarly, we all know that we should get 8 hours of sleep, drink 8 glasses of water a day, and limit our carbohydrate intake, yet, it is harder to walk the walk than to just talk the talk. As the pandemic starts to subside, many leaders and role models have taken a top-down approach to make D&I a new normal, but are still struggling to do so. While many glass ceilings have been broken through the appointments of women and minorities in key management roles, however, there is still more actions that each individual can do. Join us for a courageous conversation with Thailand’s leading executives to learn how each one of us can play a role in making our society a more diverse and inclusive place, where everyone can truly be themselves without any fear of repercussion.
