Description
There's a revolution happening in the people development space that cuts across schools, universities, organizations and training providers. How we develop new economy skills and ways of working must be as disruptive as the forces that are disrupting our businesses.
Let's find out how organizations can accelerate the up/reskilling of their people to stay ahead of this tsunami of change. Backed by research and real new practices, we hope to cover:
- Scary statistics about developing people in Thailand
- The 10+1 Hyper-Relevant skills to develop now and tomorrow
- Disrupting the End to End (E2E) Learner Experience
- Redefining Blended Learning in the New Economy
- The New 10 Commandments of Developing People
James Engel is the Chief Learning Architect for SEAC, the lifelong learning community, center and ecosystem focused on empowering life and organizations through learning in ASEAN. James has worked in and around SE Asia for over 23 years in executive, turnaround, start-up, facilitation and learning design roles. He is currently completely disrupted and wants everyone else to feel almost as uncomfortable as he does about the need to speed up Thailand's people development ecosystem.
