Description
This year has thrown businesses into all sorts of unprecedented situations. One of the most challenging has been the transition to remote working. Questions abound, from how to keep engagement and team rapport high, to when (or whether) to return employees to the office. This in-person workshop will be a chance for us to bring our questions and challenges and work together to share ideas and brainstorm solutions. We invite you to be part of the conversation as we work collectively to learn how best to manage remote workforces.
