Description
We are delighted to add three new speakers to this event
Come join us next week to hear Arpaporn (Gift) Samabhandhu, Area Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Metropolitan Asia, Wanida T, Head of People Operations Thailand of Grab, and David Le Ny, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Dextra Group discuss the implications of the Human Capital Trends report together with Mark Maclean and Maynica (Mae) Sachdev of Deloitte.
In a boundary-less world, work isn't defined by jobs, the workplace isn't a specific place, and many workers aren't traditional employees. Those who partner with workers and experiment with what's possible will create sustainable work models and elevated outcomes making work better for humans and humans better at work.
Deloitte's special report investigates how organizations need to reframe the challenge of the modern workplace in order to unlock the next generation of the workplace ecosystem. In this event, we will explore the results of a survey covering over 10,000 global business and HR leaders, including:
- Learn more about how leading organizations are removing traditional employment distinctions to unlock access to true workforce ecosystems.
- Explore about how these are playing out for organizations in SE Asia and how you could navigate the opportunities and challenges the future may represent.
