1. Josh Hyde, Senior Manager, Human Capital, Deloitte.
He is a Senior Manager with 10 years experience working with multinationals across industries on Human Capital projects. He specializes in partnering with organizations to embrace a human centric mindset, addressing how they think about and interact with employees to create higher productivity and engagement within their workforces. He has broad experience partnering with global organizations to lead and deliver projects on purpose-led transformation, people strategy, operating model design, digital strategy and implementation.
2. Wanida Thuamsa-ngiem, Manager, Human Capital, Deloitte.
She is a Manager in Deloitte Consulting based in Bangkok, Thailand. She has 10 years of human capital management and change management experience. She brings a depth of expertise across HR transformation, competency management, capability development, HR strategic planning, organizational transformation, change management and employee experience.
3. Mark McClean, Executive Director, Deloitte.
He has over 25 years of Human Capital experience with nationals and multinationals in the across regions with a broad industry skillset with a focus in a financial services, energy & resources, and life sciences. He has spent the last 20 years in APAC and is the HR Transformation Leader for Deloitte Southeast Asia. He specializes in project management of complex and large-scale projects and has deep experience in HR Service Delivery Models, Shared Services model design, design and implementation of HR strategy and HR services technologies including Workday & SAP SuccessFactors. He is also a regular contributor to the Deloitte Global network contributing to the development and creation of our latest thinking in the HRT space.
4. Jarospong (Jay) Suvarnasuddhi, Director of Total Rewards, Agoda.
With 10+ years of HR experiences, he leads the team covering compensation and benefits program across all of Agoda's global entities in 30+ countries. At Agoda, Jay has worked on a broad range of projects, bringing in innovative solutions and addressing complex people challenges, ranging from global mobility, onboarding experiences, international payroll, to rewards planning. Prior to Agoda, Jay worked in HR consulting roles for Hay Group (Korn Ferry) and PwC.
5. Phassanai Doyle, Human Resources Director, PCS Security and Facility Services Limited.
She has over 20 years? experience in HR roles with multinational companies from diverse industries. She have gained hands-on experience ranging from corporate specialist roles in compensation and benefits, overall operational HR roles and HR partnership roles in established multinationals. Exposure in various industries and has demonstrated a high level of adaptability and flexibility without compromising performance standards.
