Description
Today organizations, in every industry, need to gather and act on information, make decisions quickly and implement change to meet rapidly-evolving requirements of customers and the business environment. Many people call the ability to do so successfully "agility" and it is becoming ever-more important in the age of disruption. Recent research by Dale Carnegie & Associates is intended to bring leaders together to learn about, reflect on and discuss current ideas about organizational agility. In this session, we examine organizational competencies required for agility based on this research, with practical application and implementation tips for business leaders undertaking (or would like to undertake) their own agile transformation.
