DESCRIPTION:Today organizations\, in every industry\, need to gather and act on information\, make decisions quickly and implement change to meet rapidly-evolving requirements of customers and the business environment. Many people call the ability to do so successfully "agility" and it is becoming ever-more important in the age of disruption. Recent research by Dale Carnegie & Associates is intended to bring leaders together to learn about\, reflect on and discuss current ideas about organizational agility. In this session\, we examine organizational competencies required for agility based on this research\, with practical application and implementation tips for business leaders undertaking (or would like to undertake) their own agile transformation.\n\n\n\nOur Speakers:\n\nArnut Changtrakul is certified trainer under the curriculum of Effective Communication and Human relations\, Building Teamwork and Leadership under ISO standard at Dale Carnegie. He has solid strategic experience in sales & marketing strategy management\, manage overall business to drive growth by managing big team from many competitive companies.\n\n\n\nShaun Wong is a Partner in Baker Tilly's consulting practice. Prior to joining Baker Tilly in Thailand\, Shaun worked for multinational organizations in both industry and consulting services. Shaun's key areas of expertise are in process and people transformation projects. Shaun is also a Lean Sigma and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
