1.1 Counterfeit Letter
1.2 New Developments in Ministry of Commerce's Trade Controls on Weapons of Mass Destruction Act (“TCWMD Act”)
2. Topics for Engagement with the Customs Department
3. Customs Regulatory Update:
3.1 Broker must be a Shipping Association member if import/export more than one million baht
4. Engagement with Office on Public Sector
4.1 Development Commission (OPDC):

5. Excise Regulatory Update:
5.1 Increase in Sugar Tax starting April 2023
