About Our Speakers

Passaran Boonsiriseth is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Citi Thailand, with over 15 years of diverse experience across banking, e-commerce, consulting, and logistics. At Citi, she has gained firsthand experience in HR's evolution, where she has navigated significant organizational restructures by leveraging the firm's world-class, data-driven technology. She partnered with senior business leaders across ASEAN to provide end-to-end HR support for over 1,500 employees. Prior to joining Citi, she held senior roles including Regional HR Director for aCommerce, where she was instrumental in establishing the HR systems and infrastructure across Southeast Asia. Passaran completed her education in the U.S., holding a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and a Master of Public Administration from its Marriott School of Management.

Termsap (Paul) Khemapukpong is Total Rewards Specialist for ASEAN at Ford, where he manages compensation and benefits programs across the region, balancing market competitiveness, equity, and business strategy to support Ford's people agenda. Paul brings over a decade of HR expertise spanning talent mobility and total rewards. He joined Ford in 2024 as Total Rewards and Talent Mobility Specialist before stepping into his current regional role in 2025.
Before joining Ford, Paul spent ten years at ExxonMobil, starting as an HR Data Analyst supporting Central Europe before advancing into expatriate management and, ultimately, talent mobility program design where he led the design and implementation of international and domestic mobility programs that met evolving business needs while ensuring equity and market competitiveness. Beyond his core role, Paul leads Ford's Thailand PRIDE Employee Resource Group, championing Ford's DEI mission to nurture a workplace where every team member feels welcomed, valued, and included. Through this work, he helps bring to life Ford's commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across its Thailand operations.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a double major in German Language, from Acadia University in Canada.

Pathanin Sornchangwat is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution department in Bangkok. He advises clients across the full spectrum of dispute-related matters, from prelitigation strategy through to trial and enforcement. Pathanin works closely with both domestic and international clients to develop practical, commercially grounded strategies aligned with their legal and business objectives. He places particular emphasis on early risk assessment and mitigation, as well as on structuring effective case strategies to manage complex disputes and achieve favorable outcomes. Pathanin holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and an LLB from Chulalongkorn University. He is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
