SUMMARY:AMCHAM Inclusion Committee: Redefining Compliance: Turning Workplace Inclusion into Business Advantage
DESCRIPTION:Workplace inclusion is no longer just a policy checkbox. Recent legal and regulatory shifts\, from strengthened sexual harassment legislation to evolving parental leave entitlements and gender marker recognition\, are reshaping the obligations and opportunities facing employers in Thailand.\n\nThis roundtable session moves beyond compliance to explore how these changes can work as a business advantage: reducing legal and insurance exposure\, strengthening retention\, and building a safer\, more resilient workplace culture. Join us for a practical\, cross disciplinary conversation with legal\, HR\, and inclusion practitioners on what these shifts mean for your organization and how to get ahead of them.\n\n\n\nAbout Our Speakers\n\nPassaran Boonsiriseth is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Citi Thailand\, with over 15 years of diverse experience across banking\, e-commerce\, consulting\, and logistics.
