AMCHAM is pleased to welcome senior experts from AWS, Citibank, Chevron and Seagate to share their perspectives on emerging opportunities and challenges, as well as the key government initiatives influencing their industries.
This wide-ranging discussion will cover critical issues such as:

This meeting will also serve as the AMCHAM Annual General Meeting for the purpose of electing the 2026-2027 Board Governors. Online voting will close at 12:30 and the incoming Board Governors will be announced at the luncheon.
About the Speakers
Frederico Costa, AI and Data Policy Lead, Asia-Pacific, AWS. Frederico is AI and Data Policy Lead for Asia Pacific at Amazon Web Services (AWS), based in Singapore. He drives regional policy engagement on artificial intelligence and data governance. Previously, he served as EU Public Policy Manager for Competition, Privacy and Security at Amazon in Brussels and Senior Manager for EU Government Relations on Digital and Industrial Policy at Samsung Electronics. Frederico holds a Master of Laws in European Union Law from Utrecht University, a Master of Arts in Global Legal Studies, and a Law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Sakchai Sae-Seai, Vice President of Strategy, Business Performance and Commercial, Chevron Thailand. Sakchai brings 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Kasetsart University and a master's in engineering management from Drexel University. Before joining Chevron, he worked in refineries and energy conversion companies. Over his 25-year career with Chevron, he has held technical and leadership roles in Thailand and abroad, spanning asset management, operations, engineering, project management, and organizational change.
Kaseedit Choonnawat, Country Head of Research, Citibank. Kaseedit is Director of Equity Research for APAC Transport and Head of Thailand at Citi, based in Bangkok. He specializes in equities analysis and valuation and company and industry financial modelling and forecasting, leading regional transport sector analysis and providing strategic equity research across Asia Pacific. Previously, he served as Vice President of Equity Research for Thailand Transport at Phatra Securities–Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Senior Analyst in Network Planning at Qatar Airways. Kaseedit holds a Master of Science in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Economics in Finance and Financial Economics (Distinction) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
Cash McCracken, Vice President of Global Government Affairs, Seagate. Cash is Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Seagate Technology, based in Washington, D.C. He advises Seagate’s leadership on global public policy and geopolitical issues and leads government affairs strategies worldwide. Previously, he served as a U.S. diplomat with postings in Singapore, ASEAN (Jakarta), Vietnam, Sudan, Somalia, and Washington, D.C. Cash holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University and an M.Sc. in Comparative Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
