Description
As U.S. policy takes a sharp turn — from renewed tariffs and reshoring mandates to increased scrutiny of supply chains and data flows — businesses in Thailand are navigating a new legal landscape. And it’s not just the U.S. — similar shifts in trade, tech, and compliance are echoing across key markets. This panel unpacks how legal and commercial teams can respond to the U.S. administration’s evolving agenda, manage geopolitical risk, and adapt contracts, compliance frameworks, and cross-border operations to protect growth. Join legal leaders as they explore how to build resilience, maintain U.S. partnerships, and turn legal shifts into commercial opportunities—while keeping an eye on broader global trends.
