James Cox, Talent Attraction Leader for Experienced Hires, Global Management Consulting Firm. James brings around 15 years of experience in talent attraction. Starting in executive search, James spent the first 5 years of his career working in executive headhunting. He then joined a global management consulting firm in the UK, and transferred to Thailand in 2019. Currently James looks after all experienced professional hiring across Asia for his firm, supporting the hiring and onboarding of non-campus new hires.
