Description
The reputation of a school or university is its most valuable asset. From increased quality of staff and student recruitment to a decrease in marketing costs, a good reputation confers a wide spectrum of benefits. Why, then do most institutions lack the knowledge and resources to build, manage, and evaluate reputation? Almost universally, school and university leaders are having to renew their identities and high-level strategy in a dynamic and competitive post-pandemic landscape.
Dr Stephen Holmes is the only full-time practicing consultant and facilitator in the world with a PhD in the specific field of education marketing. His unique perspective on the related concepts of marketing, strategic planning, and reputation management have been achieved through pioneering work with many of the world’s most prestigious institutions.
The AMCHAM Education Committee is honored to host Dr. Holmes as he addresses members on his highly practical, whole-of-institution approach to school and university reputation development. Participants will understand how they can initiate a reputation development framework in their institutions, and how success can be monitored and measured.
