BACKGROUND
Tractus is Latin for progress. As a leading Pan-Asian strategy advisory and consulting firm, we help executives make informed decisions to achieve their business goals and objectives in Asia.

We work to develop the most cost-effective strategies for our clients to establish operations, to make acquisitions, to expand into markets, or to diversify their manufacturing and service industry businesses throughout Asia.

Since 1995, Tractus has advised and assisted multinational companies and SMEs alike make intelligent decisions about how to enter the Asian markets, where to locate and how best to structure their investments and operations for success. Tractus also has a substantial public sector practice area that provides services such as government advocacy, trade and investment promotion, public policy and economic development program advisory services. We have a team of 60 plus professionals across the region with offices in Thailand, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, Singapore, Vietnam, and the USA. Tractus’ suite of market-entry Strategy and Execution practice includes services such as: initial market research; corporate strategy & feasibility analysis; site location advisory distributor and partner searches; government and regulatory reviews; negotiations; and, project management and implementation. Our Corporate Finance practice specializes in mid-market merger & acquisitions transactions and fund-raising for growth capital.
