About Us
The Food School Bangkok is a collaborative platform for regenerative culinary education based in Bangkok, Thailand. Through industry's best resources, The Food School Bangkok aims to connect food enthusiasts, creative entrepreneurs, aspiring professionals to thrive in the food community, and build a unique and sustainable educational ecosystem. Established in 2021, our school culminates first-class practices through the unification of investors from recognisable backgrounds, including Dusit International, Glowfish, and Allied Metals (Thailand), along with ALMA — The School of Italian Culinary Arts, one of our partner schools which made their first investment outside of Italy, joining the outstanding list of the key stakeholders.
Our progressive training programmes combine learning principles helping students prevail in the food and hospitality industry through our world standard’s professional culinary programmes, developed and conducted by renowned partner schools, including ALMA, Tsuji and Dusit Thani College. Furthermore, we also offer Short Courses in Italian, Japanese, Thai cuisine and Italian bakery & pastry, coupled with exclusive courses in contemporary pastry and confectionery arts, together with beverage classes pioneered by further guest chefs for all levels of learners at The Food School Bangkok. Being the first culinary school in Thailand to offer a food business incubator programme, students can take advantage of our state-of-the-art learning facilities and extensive accommodations to thrive in their career.
