Plan International, founded in 1937, is a development and humanitarian organization that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. We strive for a just world, working together with children, young people, our supporters & partners. We are active in more than 80 countries. Plan International Thailand has served in Thailand since 1981. We operate in eight provinces: Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Tak, Rayong, Phang Nga, and Phuket, with a focus on addressing the needs of vulnerable children andyouth, especially ethnic minorities, migrants, and people with disabilities. Our initiatives encompass birth registration, legal status, economic security, education, health, and capacity development, and sexual, reproductive health and rights (SRHR) with an expansion of promoting SRHR for cross border program between Thailand and Myanmar.
