About Us

We have been developing residential communities in Thailand since 1986, answering the International Community's need for security & luxurious living in areas of international business & education, developing infrastructure for an international standard of daily living & domestic needs, in home maintenance, leisure & retail. Our goal is to create a complete community for all nationalities offering a total lifestyle which includes everything needed for day to day life.

We incorporate design, construction, after sales/rental services, & continue to manage our largest project of over 1,300 homes with security commensurate with Embassy standards, in a community encompassing The International School Bangkok (ISB), Starbucks, Bumrungrad Family Clinic, Dentist, Supermarket, International Pharmacy, Pet shop and everything needed for a family's daily convenience. We've also developed residential communities in downtown Bangkok & Sri Racha, & continue to explore opportunities nationwide.

Our statement to provide a residential development without industry, with a green area of 30%+, double gate security, & a road network not less than 10m wide, sports complex & jogging & bike lanes, prevails, responding to needs of the community and cementing our reputation as the Expatriate Town of Thailand.
