LA-Z-BOY (Thailand) Ltd. is a joint venture upholstery furniture corporation between Thailand, New Zealand and LA-Z-BOY USA.

Established in 1998, LA-Z-BOY (Thailand) Ltd. manufactures recliners and selected stationary furniture for LA-Z-BOY. Initially in 1998, the factory's annual capacity was at 1,200 seats and had an average manpower of 30 people.

With the rapid increase in demand for items produced in Thailand, a bigger factory was constructed in 2004 in Chon Buri province. To date, there are three major buildings that stand on 80,000 square meters of land. The current factory has an annual capacity of 156,000 seats and exports to Australia/New Zealand, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The same factory also caters to the local Thailand market which comprises 10% of its annual capacity.

The establishment of the factory is also under Board of Investment privileges. Being a company co-owned by LA-Z-BOY Incorporated in the USA, a major percentage of its raw materials are imported to Thailand from various sources.
