ISM Technology Recruitment was established in Thailand in 1991. Clients needing the services of professionals with specialized computer or engineering expertise inform ISM of their requirements. ISM then contracts individuals with the appropriate skills to work with its clients on a fixed-term basis. ISM also helps clients identify and recruit permanent staff at all levels of experience, working directly with line managers, project managers, and HR managers in the interview and evaluation process.
