International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd., was founded in 1966 and is affiliated with the international firm of Russin & Vecchi with offices in Taipei, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The firm has 8 resident partners, 18 associate lawyers, 20 paralegals and 29 supporting staff with a total of 75 employees. It is owned by Professor Jayavadh Bunnag, Dr. Sutharm Valaisathien, Surapan Thimkrajang and Supoj Boonyavanich.
