Established in January 2011 and organized as a U.S.-Thai Treaty of Amity company and based in Bangkok, Thailand, IC Partners serves as an independent investment advisor and real estate finance arranger for a number of hospitality, hotel managed residential, commercial and industrial related investments in Southeast Asia.

IC Partners has development and financial structuring capabilities in commercial, industrial, residential and hospitality asset classes within SE Asia. IC Partners works closely with several family offices in the region for direct investments under a managed account structure.

IC Partners supports regional hotel and mixed-used developers and investors with feasibility and investment underwriting as well as works closely with a number of reputable hospitality management companies, including several of the larger international branded chains and niche regional operators.

With offices its head office Bangkok Thailand, IC Partners’ priority markets are ASEAN, Sri Lanka and Maldives with high emphasis on the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS). In addition to real estate, IC Partners also has financing sources, market entry capabilities and strategic advisory expertise in project finance including logistics and industrial / manufacturing.

IC Partners has close working relationships with the applicable government linked agencies which promote foreign investment in the region by providing information, services, and incentives to interested foreign investors.
