In November 2023, Avenir marked a significant milestone by acquiring Risco Energy Investment and its subsidiary, Tap Energy. This acquisition includes Tap Oil, an Australian company holding a 30% non-operated working interest in the G1/48
concession of the Manora field, situated in the Northern Gulf of Thailand.
