About Us

Anek & Associates renders legal services in international and domestic affairs involving contracts, establishment of representative offices or branches in Thailand, labor disputes, procurement of work permits for aliens wishing to work in Thailand, arbitration, real estate and taxation.

Anek & Associates was founded in 1982 and presently is composed of four partners and 30 lawyers (nine senior associates and 21 associates). Practice areas are: commercial and tax department, corporate department, labor department, litigation department, real estate and conveyance department.

Anek & Associates' major shareholder is Anek Srisanit.
