Position Title: Logistics Intern

Location: Central City Tower - Bangna
Duration: 3 months
Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Logistics Intern to join our team and assist in managing complex logistics operations specializing in Out-of-Gauge (OOG) Cargo and Yacht Transport. This internship will provide hands-on experience in specialized logistics, offering an in-depth look at managing oversized, high-value, and delicate cargo, including yachts, ensuring efficient and safe delivery. You will work closely with industry professionals to help streamline operations and learn about the unique challenges of transporting OOG cargo and yachts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination of OOG cargo and yacht transportation.
• Help monitor and track shipments of oversized cargo, ensuring proper permits and handling processes are followed.
• Support the logistics team with documentation related to OOG cargo and yacht transport, including customs clearance, shipping routes, and insurance.
• Assist with the preparation of transport plans for large or delicate shipments, including yacht loading/unloading operations.
• Participate in coordinating specialized transportation methods, such as flat-racks, heavy-lift vessels, or custom transport solutions.
• Help ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of all shipments, including environmental and safety standards.
• Provide support in coordinating with suppliers, port authorities, and freight forwarders for effective transportation planning.
• Assist in reporting and analyzing logistics data, suggesting improvements in transportation routes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3rd – 4th Year University Students in Logistics Field
• Strong interest in the logistics industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in high-value and oversized shipments.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
