AMCHAM is honored to meet with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Ministry of Public Health on policy issues of mutual interest. The FDA delegation will be led by Supattra Boonserm, Secretary General of the FDA.

AMCHAM will be represented by AMCHAM Vice President Name Surname, Board Governor, and Platinum members.

AMCHAM maintains ongoing dialogue with key Thai Government agencies to promote our common goals of fostering a robust business environment in the Kingdom and increasing Thailand’s competitiveness at a regional and global level.

AMCHAM’s policy priorities are developed through our working group councils, open to all members for participation. All policy positions taken forward through AMCHAM channels must represent a significant group of members and receive final approval from the Board of Governors. In addition to our core F orward Five initiative to stimulate economic growth and attract investment, we have also engaged with the government with emerging legislation concerning digital platforms, sustainability initiatives, promotion of healthcare innovation, and more.
