Join us for an enlightening panel discussion during Pride 2024 in Bangkok, where we will delve into the theme of "Keeping DEI Practical, Accessible, and Local: New Challenges, New Solutions." In collaboration with Pride festivities, this event seeks to amplify the voices of the LGBTQ+ community and explore ways to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within local contexts.
This panel discussion, moderated by Dr. Drew B. Mallory, Professor at Sasin School of Management, will feature insights from esteemed panelists including Dean Outerson, Ambassador and Writer-in-Residence at Sasin and President at Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Cathy Hardman, Counsellor (Political/Economic) of the Embassy of Canada to Thailand and Nikki Phinyapincha, Founder at Transtalents Consulting Group. The event will be opened by Tunyawaj Kamolwongwat, Member of Parliament at Move Forward Party on Same-Sex Marriage Bill.
In a time where the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion is being questioned across the globe, it's important to explore how we can tailor our DEI strategies to meet the unique needs of different local communities. This can be achieved by leveraging intersectionality, adopting inclusive leadership practices, and building sustainable partnerships to bring about genuine change. During this event, attendees will be able to engage with our panelists, participate in interactive discussions, and gain valuable insights to drive inclusive practices within their spheres of influence.
Don't miss this opportunity to be part of the conversation during Pride 2024 and discover ways to contribute to building a more equitable and inclusive future for all. Please register now to secure your spot and join us in advancing DEI efforts in Bangkok and beyond!
