About your hosts:

Nadia Yu is Managing Director Thailand for Johnson & Johnson Companies, which includes the Pharmaceutical, Medical device, Consumer Retail and Vision Care businesses. Nadia joined Johnson & Johnson in 2016 as the General Manager for the Medical Device Division in New Zealand, and in 2018 took on a new role as VP Asia-Pacific for the Cardiovascular and Specialty Solutions Group. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Nadia had a career in the pharmaceutical industry, joining Merck Sharp & Dohme Australia in 2002, before broadening her focus to the Asia-Pacific Region. She holds double degrees in Business Marketing and Arts from Monash University in Australia. 

Kaveepan Eiamsakulrat is Executive Chairman of K.E. Land Co. Ltd. With experience of over 27 years in the real estate development industry in Thailand and across the globe, he has expertise in real estate investment and infrastructure development in Thailand. Kaveepan has worked in leadership roles with multi-million US dollar corporations to bring innovation and technology in the real estate space in the Kingdom. He has served on the Board of Directors at the Housing Business Association, Thai Shopping Center Association, and is actively involved with other associations. He has also received the Trade Association Prestige Outstanding Executive Awards by Ministry of Commerce and Thai Chamber of Commerce in 2018.

Tibor Pandi, as Country Head and Citi Country Officer for Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos, Tibor oversees Citibank's operations in this region as well as playing an active role on the AMCHAM Board. Before his arrival in Thailand in 2017, Tibor led Citi operations in Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic.  Prior to joining Citi in 2001, he worked in a number of functions with ABN AMRO Bank in Hungary and Netherlands. Tibor has over 22 years experience in corporate and retail banking and holds a degree from the Budapest Corvinus University.

Viboon Kromadit has a master's degree in political science from Thammasat University. He has been working with Amata for over 20 years as the Head of the Marketing and Sales Department for Amata City Chonburi and Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate. These have a total area of more than 44,000 rai. Besides his routine work as a Director at AMATA, he regularly speaks on the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility. He works as a Chairman of the AMATA Sustainable Development Committee, which was officially established in 2012. The committee is responsible for the development in local community, society and environment to ensure that local people can pleasantly live with AMATA Industrial Estate.
