Description
The AMCHAM Government Affairs team has been closely following the latest developments on key regulatory changes impacting the platform economy in Thailand. Recently, the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI), on behalf of the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), has conducted an assessment of the current Royal Decree on Platform Businesses. The findings of this assessment, set to be released for public hearing in November, will be pivotal in shaping the Draft Platform Economy Act (PEA).
