Please note that transportation to and from the venue will not be provided by AMCHAM. Participants will meet onsite at the Caterpillar factory.
Fees/Admission
Members only, free of charge.
Group size is limited to 25 participants. Due to limited capacity, we can only accept only one representative per company. Final permission to take part in the factory tour is determined by the AMCHAM member factory. Members who may not be able to enter include competitors, non-competing but industry specific businesses, and others.
Although there is no fee for the event, please note that no shows will be invoiced 1000 baht. This is to ensure that all seats are made available to members who wish to attend.

Caterpillar has maintained a Thailand presence for over 40 years, and in 2011 invested in two state-of-the-art facilities making Thailand among its largest manufacturing footprints in ASEAN.
The AMCHAM Manufacturing Committee is pleased to invite you for a full day tour of these groundbreaking factories. The morning will begin with an introduction to the company and its activities in Thailand, followed by a tour of the Underground Mining Facility, which produces a range of underground mining trucks and loaders used in hard-rock mining. After a lunch at the Caterpillar canteen, participants will tour the Rayong Tractor facility, which produces Caterpillar’s iconic medium track-type tractors.
