About the Speakers
Athistha “Nop” Chitranukroh is a partner and director in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Corporate and Commercial group and a leader of the firm’s technology practice. She advises clients across Southeast Asia on cybersecurity, data privacy, fintech, insurtech, payments, market entry, M&A, and regulatory compliance, with a practice centered on the intersection of technology, financial services, and digital regulation. Before joining Tilleke & Gibbins, she served as Thailand general counsel and Asia-Pacific regional counsel for a NYSE-listed multinational finance and insurance corporation, and as legal counsel for a SaaS and payment processing technology provider.
Nop is a leading practitioner in AI and technology law in Thailand, with deep expertise in digital regulation, data protection, cybersecurity, fintech, and insurtech. She actively contributes to Thailand’s evolving AI governance framework, including the national AI strategy, draft legislation, and guidance on AI-generated content and disclosure requirements. Recognized for her work, she has been named to Asian Legal Business’s Asia Super 50 TMT Lawyers 2026 and Asia Business Law Journal’s A-List of top lawyers. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Asia and serves as IAPP Thailand Knowledge Network Chair and an Insurtech Asia advisory board member.
Jackson Pek, Chief Corporate & Legal Affairs Officer, Amadeus. Jackson began his professional career as an attorney at the law firms White & Case and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in the U.S. and Asia, and later served as a senior attorney at IBM handling legal matters for the ASEAN countries and South Asia. He joined Amadeus in 2006, serving as General Counsel of its Asia Pacific region for 12 years before becoming Chief Legal Officer of the AirAsia Group, where he oversaw legal activities for nine operating airlines and served on the group’s Senior Management Committee. Jackson returned to Amadeus in 2020 to lead global commercial and transactional legal matters and was appointed Senior Vice President & General Counsel in 2022. In addition to his legal career, he has lectured at various universities in Asia, including a two-year tenure on the faculty at the National University of Singapore Law School. A U.S. citizen, Jackson holds business and law degrees from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and from New York University School of Law.
Randy McGraw, A graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Randy is the Chief Commercial Officer at Sertis and Co-Chair of AMCHAM Digital Innovation & Enablement Committee. A recognized expert with over 20 years experience in strategy and business development in the digital space, he has served as the Chief Commercial Officer at True Digital Group, and led business development for Amazon in Japan where he built Prime's largest global third-party distribution deal. Prior roles include Managing Director of Altus Capital's digital division, Senior Director of BD at Hughes Electronics/DIRECTV, and Head of BD at Singtel's Group Digital Life.
Dr. Sak Segkhoonthod Senior, A Senior Advisor at Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) under the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Systems Engineering and is the founding CEO of the Electronic Government Agency (now the Digital Government Development Agency). He has also been recognized among the World’s 100 Most Influential People in Digital Government.
