Description
Join the AMCHAM Young Professionals Committee and Human Capital Committee for a morning of transformative learning and strategic insight led by two senior lecturers from the Asian Institute of Hospitality Management (AIHM).
In an economy increasingly driven by specialized skills and dynamic change, personal leadership and customer service excellence are critical competencies, essential for navigating today’s complex professional landscape. The opening presentation will introduce these universal concepts, setting a foundational understanding applicable across diverse sectors.
Following this, participants will divide into smaller breakout groups to experience two interactive, hands-on workshops, each crafted to offer focused, practical learning experiences:
Personal Leadership – exploring how self-awareness, trust and clarity support effective leadership.
Customer Service Excellence – examining why service matters and how intentional behaviors create memorable customer experiences.
The program concludes with a question and answer session and group reflection, allowing participants to connect operational insights with leadership and service principles they can apply immediately in their professional roles.
