The AMCHAM Tax Committee is delighted to welcome you to their quarterly meeting, which will focus on the issue of transfer pricing, in conjunction with the Business Economics Committee and the Customs & Excise Council. Mitsuru Nishiuwatoko, Senior Counsel of Mahanakorn Partners Group will provide background and updates about Transfer Pricing obligations, covering tax audits and advance pricing agreements (APAs).

- John Andes, KPMG - Discuss the impact to Thailand of the 15% Global Minimum Tax to be introduced under BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2. The Revenue Department is currently drafting legislation, which will affect investors in Thailand, especially those with tax incentives under BOI and IBC.
- Mitsuru Nishiuwatoko, Mahanakorn Partners Group - Update on Transfer Pricing in Thailand, including an overview of the requirements to prepare documentation and price inter-company transactions at arm’s length and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and TP adjustments.
- Paul Sumner, PwC - Update on TP and Customs duty, especially TP adjustments - which can be controversial upon tax audit for both Corporate Income Tax and Customs Duty purposes.
