Description
The Wall Street Journal, Time magazine, The Financial Times, the Thai government, the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director, Anthony Fauci, and health experts around the world all appear to agree that we need to learn with Covid. Even though mRNA vaccines have proven extraordinarily effective in limiting the severity and lethality of Covid, it seems unlikely that it will completely disappear. Work places and employers therefore need to learn to live with Covid, and this raises a number of legal and practical HR issues and questions for employers in Thailand.
- Covid in the workplace: what employers must consider when a Covid outbreak strikes.
- Remote working. What is and is not permitted? What is feasible and what are the best practices?
