Description
Join us for an insightful conversation on the subtle barriers that shape workplace experiences in Thailand, hosted by the AMCHAM Inclusion and Human Capital Committees. This panel discussion will explore how unconscious bias, informal networks, and generational assumptions influence hiring practices and workplace culture across industries.
While many organizations strive to promote diversity, challenges such as ageism, sexism, and nepotism still persist in less visible forms. Our panel of experienced business leaders, moderated by Naambo Shivute, Co-Chair of the AMCHAM Human Capital Committee, will share their personal journeys navigating these challenges and the practical strategies they’ve implemented to foster more equitable and inclusive workplaces.
