The AMCHAM Government Affairs team has been closely monitoring the latest developments in key regulatory changes impacting the platform economy in Thailand. Recently, the Office of the Council of State (OCS) announced a public hearing on the Draft Platform Economy Act (PEA), which will run from January 15 to February 15. Additionally, the OCS is accepting long-form input from organizations and representatives of stakeholder groups.
This meeting aims to shape AMCHAM Thailand’s approach to the Draft PEA. Interested members who would like to participate and raise issues during the meeting are encouraged to email their concerns to jen@amchamthailand.com by February 5.
