The AMCHAM Digital Economy and Legal Committees have come together to bring you an in depth discussion about the new Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) on March 23rd at the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok. This half-day event will feature legal counsel with real experience in dealing with Thailand's and other jurisdiction's privacy laws, as well experts and technical practitioners who will offer insight on how they are making changes in their companies. We plan to offer members plenty of opportunity for Q & A. Please register early as space is limited.

Athistha Chitranukroh, Partner and Director, Corporate and Commercial Department, Tilleke & Gibbins. Her specialties include privacy and data protection, fintech, regtech, digital currencies, etc.
Dr. Prapanpong Khumon, Vice Dean (Academic Affairs) of School of Law, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. He also acts as an Advisor to Secretary-General of the Personal Data Protection Commission, Thailand and a Chairperson of Academy of Public Enterprise Policy, Business and Regulation (APaR).
Kevin O'Neal, Managing Counsel, Asia South Business Unit, Chevron. His specialties include Oil and Gas Law, Commercial, Compliance and Investigations and Litigation Management
Alex Cespedes, Data Protection and Privacy Consultant, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. His role is supporting organizations in Thailand to reach compliance with the PDPA, Cybersecurity Act), GDPR and NIS Directive.
