About the Speaker:

Thira Laulathaphol is the Principal, Career Products Leader of Mercer (Thailand). He leads the Data Intelligence and Academy team, overseeing partnerships and the delivery of various rewards and workforce products, including Total Remuneration Survey, Mercer Benefits Monitor, Global Mobility, along with other learning solutions. Thira has extensive experience as both external consultant and in-house practitioner, having played major roles in pre-and-post-acquisition rewards harmonizations, the synchronization of HR practices across subsidiaries, and rewards and organization development initiatives. Prior to joining Mercer, Thira served as Deputy Head of Human Resources at Chubb Samaggi Insurance, Team Lead of People Operations & Organization Development at Shopee (Thailand), Team Lead of People Operations at Lazada (Thailand), and various global and local HR consulting firms.
