About the Speakers
Clément Santander
Clément is a Partner in Arthur D. Little’s Paris office and a member of the Performance Practice. Clément brings over 17 years of experience in management and strategy consultancy, enriched by his journey as a co-founder of two startups. Since joining ADL in 2021, he has become a key member of the Performance practice, where he specializes in enhancing operational excellence, optimizing supply chain configurations, and leading transformative projects with tangible impacts.
Passionate about the intersection of technology and business growth, Clément applies his expertise across operations, technology, and finance, particularly within the Agrifood Tech sector. His academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech (USA) and in Industrial Engineering from ENS Arts & Métiers (France).
Anna Rellama
Anna Rellama is a Principal at Arthur D. Little Southeast Asia, based in Manila, Philippines, and has over a decade of strategic advisory experience across the region. She is recognized for consistently delivering tangible client impact, leading high-performing cross-cultural teams, and driving business growth, particularly across complex, high-growth Asian markets. 
At Arthur D. Little, Anna plays a key role in expanding the firm’s footprint in Southeast Asia, partnering with multinational corporations, leading conglomerates, and public sector stakeholders. Her work spans thought leadership, business development, and the delivery of high-impact engagements in priority areas such as energy, infrastructure, transportation, healthcare, and industrial transformation.
Anna holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
 
Yukinori Kakishita
Yukinori is a Principal based in Arthur D. Little’s Bangkok office. He is a core member of the Growth practice and primarily supports consumer & retail clients in developing go-to-market, marketing, and growth strategies. Since joining Arthur D. Little, Yukinori has advised clients on a wide range of strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth and enhance market positioning, with a strong focus on consumer-facing industries.
Before joining Arthur D. Little, Yukinori worked at a Big Four consulting firm, where he provided IT and operations consulting across Japan and Hong Kong, serving clients in various sectors.
Yukinori holds a bachelor's degree from Waseda University and an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
